Operational Diagnostic · Paid, fixed scope

Know where it breaks.
Know what to fix first.

One business. One workflow. One defined problem. Scope and fee agreed before work begins.

Your records, examined with your people

A practical answer,
grounded in evidence.

  • A current-state map your team recognises.
  • Breakpoints supported by records.
  • The root constraint, separated from the symptom.
  • A baseline where records allow one.
  • What to fix first—and why.

You provide recent examples, existing records and access to the people who run the workflow. We discuss confidentiality before reviewing sensitive information.

Three legitimate outcomes

No useful intervention.

The issue may sit outside your control. We show what the records support.

Your team can act.

The required change may be small enough to run without us.

Work together.

If implementation support is needed, it becomes a separately agreed proposal.

What is not promised

No predetermined findings, guaranteed outcome, savings figure or software recommendation. We do not claim results outside your control.

What you provide, and the time involved

One or two recent examples; existing registers, measurements, bills, purchase or delivery records; and access to the people doing the work, with your own people present. No cleaned-up summary is required.

As described in our current offer: about two hours of the owner’s time across the engagement; four to six hours from the person preparing bills or handling material; and an hour or two from each site or operations person involved. Scope and access are agreed first.

One workflow. Then you decide.

Bring us one thing
that keeps going wrong.

Start with one recent example. We discuss the issue before agreeing any paid work.
